This page isn't long, but please read it all the way through. It spells out what we can give you, what we can't, and which responsibilities are yours when you use this site and Binance. Put plainly: when it comes to risk, nobody gets a shortcut.

Not investment advice

Every article, tool, diagram and note on this site is learning material to help you understand how trading rules work — it is not investment advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. We don't tip coins, call trades, predict the market, or decide for you whether you should trade. When BTC, USDT and the like appear in the text, they're just naming examples; they don't mean we're bullish or bearish on any asset. Every buy or sell decision you make is your own, and so are the consequences. If you need financial or tax advice tailored to your personal situation, consult a suitably qualified professional.

Crypto risk, faced head-on

Crypto prices swing hard, and big moves up or down over a short span are common. It can lose you money, and in extreme cases an asset's value can fall to zero or its liquidity can dry up so badly you can't sell at all. Nobody can guarantee you a profit — you will never see phrases like "guaranteed returns", "capital protected" or "passive gains" here, because they aren't honest.

  • Only use spare money you can afford to lose — not living costs, not your emergency fund, not borrowed money.
  • Leverage and futures magnify losses, and liquidation can hit faster than you expect; we've always been clear that beginners should leave them alone for now.
  • Understanding the rules helps you make fewer operational mistakes, but it can't remove the risk that's built into the market itself.
NoteThis site is not responsible for anyone's gains or losses arising from using its content or from trading on Binance. We do our best to get the rules right, but the responsibility for understanding and deciding rests with you.

Rules and data follow Binance official

Binance's fees, minimum order sizes, limits, confirmation counts, feature entry points and interface can all change as platform policy is adjusted. When we write, we check against the official documentation as much as we can, but we don't hard-code any exact figure as permanent truth. Where something on this site differs from what the official Binance page shows at the time, treat the official Binance source as authoritative. If you spot content that's out of date or wrong, write to us at [email protected] — we'll verify it and log it in Corrections.

Eligibility, KYC and regional availability

Whether you can register, which level of KYC verification you need to complete, whether the service is available in your region, and your eligibility for various promotions and referral rewards — all of these follow Binance's current official rules and may change with policy. If your region is listed by Binance as restricted or unsupported, do not register or trade, and do not use a VPN, proxy or false identity details to get around it. Doing so not only breaches Binance's terms and may get your account frozen or your funds locked in, the risk is also entirely yours to bear. This site only helps you understand the rules; it does not encourage anyone to bypass restrictions.

Affiliate-link disclosure

The English sign-up tutorial may contain one clearly marked affiliate link. If eligible activity is attributed to it, SpotRules may earn a commission. SpotRules is independent and not affiliated with Binance.

Before using the link, check the official sign-up page for your region, eligibility, fees and whether any benefit is currently shown. Those conditions can change. We do not promise a fixed rate, saving or availability, and an affiliate link should not be the reason you register or trade.

Not-official statement and third-party links

SpotRules is an independently run learning guide with no official affiliation to Binance. It is not the Binance website and does not speak for Binance. The site may contain links to third-party sites such as the official Binance Help Center or Binance Academy; those links are there purely to make it easy for you to check the facts. Once you click away from this site, the content, services, privacy and terms on the other end are the responsibility of that site — we have no control over them and do not endorse their content. Before using any third-party service, please read its terms and risk notice for yourself.

FAQ

Does this site count as investment advice?

No. Everything here is learning material to help you understand the rules — it's not investment advice and not a buy/sell recommendation. The decisions, and their consequences, are yours.

What should I verify before using an affiliate link?

Check the official sign-up page for the referral field, supported region, eligibility, fees and whether any benefit is currently shown. These conditions can change. SpotRules may earn a commission and is not affiliated with Binance.

Are the fee and limit figures in the articles always accurate?

These change as Binance adjusts its policy, so we explain the mechanics rather than hard-coding permanent figures. Where this site differs from the official Binance page, treat Binance as authoritative.

If I lose money following your content, are you responsible?

No. Crypto carries volatility and go-to-zero risk, and the responsibility for understanding and deciding rests with you. We only help you understand the rules and make fewer operational mistakes; we can't remove market risk.
