This is a content site about how spot trading works — not a platform that asks you to log in, register or upload anything. So privacy here is simple: we ask for very little, and this page spells out exactly what.

What we don't collect

There's no account to create here and no form asking for your details. We don't collect, request or have any way of knowing your Binance account, login password, private keys, seed phrase, verification codes, ID documents or balance. None of these should ever be handed over to anyone who asks — including anyone pretending to be us.

Heads upThe real us will never ask you for your password, private keys, verification codes or seed phrase. If anyone asks for these, treat it as suspicious right away.

Basic stats we may use

To see which pages people actually read and whether the site is running smoothly, we may use basic visit analytics. What gets recorded sits at the aggregate level — how many times a page was viewed, roughly where visitors came from, browser and device type, and the rough time of a visit. This data is pooled together to improve the content and the experience; it isn't used to identify you personally. We don't tie it to your real identity, and we don't sell it.

About cookies

We keep this light. We don't rely on tracking cookies to build a profile of you. Any cookies or local storage that do appear are usually just there to make pages work or to remember a preference that has nothing to do with your identity; if a third-party analytics tool is in use, it may also set an identifier to tell visits apart. You can view, clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, and that generally won't affect reading the articles here. The little tools on the site run entirely in your browser — the numbers you type into them are calculated on your own device and never sent to us.

Once you head over to Binance

When you click a sign-up link or any link taking you to Binance, you leave this site and enter a site run by Binance. From that point on, how your information is collected and used is governed by Binance's own privacy policy and terms — not by this page. SpotRules has no official affiliation with Binance, and we have no control over how they handle data. The same goes for links pointing to the Binance Help Centre, Binance Academy and other third-party pages: once you leave, their policies apply, so read them yourself when it matters.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and set the date to the most recent month. If you have any questions about privacy, or want to know how we handle a particular kind of information, write to us at [email protected].

Common questions

Can you see my Binance account or password?

No. We don't collect and have no way to obtain your account, password, private keys or verification codes. Anyone asking you for these is not us.

Are the numbers I type into the tools uploaded anywhere?

No. The tools run entirely in your browser — the numbers you enter are calculated on your own device and never sent to us.

Once I go to Binance, whose privacy rules apply?

Binance's. Once you leave this site and enter Binance's, their own privacy policy and terms apply, and we have no control over how they handle data.
